TaxDome Subscription (Basic): Will my subscription renew automatically?

Your annual subscription is automatically renewed after one year on your renewal date. All users who are active on the renewal date are renewed.

Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed after one month following the initial date of purchase. A monthly subscription that is not linked to any team member is automatically canceled at the end of the period.


Note! You must apply changes to your subscription plans (i.e. deactivate annual team member licenses) before the renewal date. Otherwise, you would need to pay the full price of every subscription that you currently have.

If you’re the firm owner, we’ll start notifying you 30 days before the renewal date. 

Firm owners can make changes to the payment options in the Team & Plans tab of the Settings page by clicking the three dots to the far right and selecting the appropriate option from the drop-down:

  • If you need to change your payment method: Select Change payment method in the drop-down, enter the new card details, then click Save.
  • If you don’t want to renew your subscription: Select Cancel subscription. We’ll ask you to give a little feedback and to confirm your decision. Please cancel at least one business day prior to the renewal date.
