TaxDome Subscription (Basic): Will my subscription renew automatically?
Your annual subscription is automatically renewed after a one-year period on your renewal date. All users who are active on the renewal date are renewed.
Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed after a one-month period following the initial date of purchase. If you have a monthly subscription that is not linked to any team member, it is automatically canceled at the end of the period.
If you’re the firm owner, we’ll start notifying you 30 days before the renewal date.
Firm owners can make changes to the payment options in the Team & Plans tab of the Settings page by clicking the three dots to the far right and selecting the appropriate option from the drop-down:
- If you need to change your payment method: Select Change payment method in the drop-down, enter the new card details, then click Save.
- If you don’t want to renew your subscription: Select Cancel subscription. We’ll ask you to give a little feedback and to confirm your decision.
