Crea cartelle

Folders help keep client and internal firm documents organized. TaxDome lets you create unlimited top-level folders with different permission levels so that you manage your documents efficiently. Plus, inside each folder, you can create as many folders and subfolders as you need. 

Folders are managed by a firm owner, admin or any team member with access rights to manage documents .

Creare cartelle principali

A client account can have an unlimited amount of top-level folders with different permission levels. Documents and subfolders share the same permission level as the top-level folder they are in, unless a firm owner or admin has granted individual permissions to clients or team members. Esistono diversi modi per creare una cartella di primo livello:

  • While uploading documents or from the Documents page: Start uploading docs or go to the client account’s Documenti tab and open the Documenti subtab. Click Create folder, name the folder, select the Privacy (Privato immagine , Il cliente può visualizzare immagine O Il cliente può visualizzare e modificare immagine ), then click Invia.

  • Create a top-level folder from organizers: Open an organizer template and click Impostazioni at the top right. Toggle on Customize destination folder for document uploads, name the folder and click Salva. You don’t select an access level because clients will need to upload documents, so the folder will be created with the Il cliente può visualizzare e modificare immagine permission level. Once clients upload documents via organizers, the top-level folder is created.

Crea sottocartelle

Esistono diversi modi per creare una sottocartella:

  • Create a subfolder while uploading documents or by going to the Docs tab: click the three dots to the far right of the folder you want to place the subfolder in, click New folder, name the folder, then click Submit. You don’t select a privacy setting because the subfolders have the same permission level as their top-level parent folder.

  • Crea una sottocartella durante lo spostamento dei documenti: nella barra laterale Sposta , trova la cartella in cui desideri posizionare la sottocartella, fai clic sui tre puntini all'estrema destra della cartella, fai clic su Nuova cartella , assegna un nome alla cartella, quindi premi Invio . Fai clic su Sposta . Il documento verrà spostato nella cartella che hai creato.
