lavori (Base): aggiungi manualmente o automaticamente
Ogni lavoro è un servizio individuale per il quale il cliente paga. UN lavoro entra in a Progetto specificatamente studiato per il servizio che richiede. Una volta a Progetto è stato creato, aggiungi lavori ad esso.

Cosa ricordare quando si aggiunge lavori
Tieni a mente:
- Il proprietario di un'azienda, un amministratore o qualsiasi dipendente a cui sono stati concessi i diritti di accesso per gestire progetti aggiunge lavori a un Progetto .
- Nuovo lavori vengono aggiunti al primo fase di un Progetto .
- lavori può essere aggiunto sia per accounts attivi che offline ; Tuttavia, solo gli utenti con active accounts e le notifiche attivate ricevono le email inviate tramite Progetto automation .
- Puoi utilizzare modelli personalizzati per risparmiare tempo nella creazione lavori .
- I dipendenti vedono solo il file progetti messi a loro disposizione .
- I dipendenti possono spostarsi lavori per loro assegnato accounts Attraverso progetti .
- I dipendenti vedono solo il file lavori per loro assegnato accounts a meno che non dispongano dei diritti di accesso per visualizzare tutti accounts .
Aggiungere lavori manualmente
Aggiungere lavori ad a Progetto , scegli la modalità più adatta a te:
- Andare su flusso di lavoro > progetti dalla barra dei menu di sinistra, selezionare il Progetto , quindi fare clic su Aggiungi lavoro .
- Clicca NUOVO in alto a sinistra, poi seleziona lavoro dal menu a tendina.
- Vai su Clienti > Accounts dalla barra dei menu a sinistra, seleziona le caselle di controllo accanto a accounts IL lavoro è per, quindi fare clic su Aggiungi lavoro .
- Clicca + Crea nuovo lavoro collegando a lavoro dalla pagina di caricamento dei documenti , quindi fare clic su Aggiorna elenco lavoro una volta terminato lavoro è stato creato.

1. Accounts: Add or remove the names of accounts here. The job always performed for a specific account, so you need to select at least one from the list.
2. Pipeline: Select the pipeline for the jobs. (If you’re adding jobs from the pipeline itself, you can skip this.)
3. Template: To quickly create jobs, select a template with a custom job name, dynamic data (fields that automatically get filled in, such as with the date and account name), description, due date, comments, and so on. For more details about job templates, go here.
4. Name: This is the name that is displayed on the job cards in a pipeline.
5. Assignees: Select the employees for jobs. To learn more about assigning jobs, go here.
6. Priority: Choose the priority level for jobs: LOW, HIGH, MEDIUM, or URGENT.
7. Description: Use different text formatting, emojis, bullets, numbered lists, and even links here.
8, 9. Start Date, Due date: This is the date when the job has to be finished. Setting dates is optional but can be a helpful time-management tool. You’ll receive an email reminder three days before the task’s due date. And you’ll be able to identify which tasks are overdue by the exclamation mark icon next to their names in the tasks list.
10. Add a comment: Click the Add button on the top right to leave any useful notes here; for example, something your team members might need to know in order to do jobs.
11. Add a wiki page: If you have internal instructions for this kind of job, click the Add button on the top right to link them to the template for your team members.
12. Add: Click to add job(s) to a pipeline. If adding multiple jobs isn’t fully successful, you’ll get a notification explaining why in your Inbox+. Go here for more details.
