Attiva e configura il tuo account

Once your firm owner invites you to TaxDome, you will receive an email inviting you to activate your account. You will see all the instructions on the screen, but if you need any details, you can refer to the article .

Non appena hai il tuo account , ha senso impostarlo subito:

• Adjust the language settings : If your firm language differs from the one you are most comfortable with, you can change it, and it won’t affect anyone else’s settings.

• Upload your photo : Upload your photo so your team members and clients can easily identify you.

• Sync your email : Sync your email with TaxDome, and you won’t need to switch to another tab to email clients in TaxDome.

• Set the notification preferences : Set the notification preferences so you don’t miss anything important but don’t get overwhelmed by extra notifications.

Security is important for both you and your clients. To enhance your account security, we recommend setting up two-factor authentication .

In questo modo, per accedere al portale, non avrai bisogno solo di login e password, ma anche di un codice temporaneo dall'app di autenticazione.

• Work with jobs : Likewise, one job is one specific service for a specific client you are working on. It always exists inside a pipeline and includes all the required information and action items.

• Work with tasks : Tasks are basic to-dos that help you manage all the outstanding action items and always be on time.
