Cosa è TaxDome comunità

Starting in November 2024, we launched our community on a new interactive platform, Circle.so , which connects members, fosters discussions, and provides resources in a dynamic, user-friendly space. TaxDome community is a social hub that offers a focused, clutter-free environment for meaningful conversations and collaboration.

Join our TaxDome community on Circle. This platform is fully integrated with TaxDome, giving you a seamless experience connecting with peers and accessing exclusive resources. For mobile access, download the Circle app to stay engaged on the go. 

Entrando a far parte della nostra community otterrai i seguenti vantaggi:

• Discussioni interattive : connettiti con altri utenti e condividi approfondimenti su canali specifici per argomento.

• Accesso diretto al nostro team : comunica facilmente con i nostri team di supporto e sviluppo.

• Contenuti esclusivi : accedi a tutorial, aggiornamenti sui prodotti e risorse disponibili solo per i membri della community.

• Eventi e annunci : rimani aggiornato sugli eventi in diretta, sugli aggiornamenti delle funzionalità e sulle novità aziendali.

Chi può partecipare

Our community welcomes existing TaxDome users and firms considering using our software. So, users who have started a trial can join the community.

Ci riserviamo il diritto di rimuovere le persone che non diventano TaxDome utenti dopo il processo.

Entra nella comunità

1. Go to the TaxDome community page . You can also access the community from the web portal by clicking Community at the top navigation bar.  

   

You can also access the community via the mobile app . Tap the question mark at the top and select Join community.

2. Accedi con il tuo TaxDome account e-mail e password.

3. Set up your profile in the Account section:

   a. Carica una foto del profilo (senza cornici o loghi).

   b. Inserisci il tuo nome completo.

   c. Imposta il fuso orario. 

   d. Seleziona una lingua della piattaforma. 

   Gli altri campi sono facoltativi, ma il tuo profilo sarà più completo con più informazioni da te fornite.

   

   4. Assicurati di mostrare il mio profilo nella directory dei membri azionare è acceso.

   

   5. Fare clic su Continua per terminare.

   Dopo aver completato la registrazione su Circle, riceverai un messaggio sulla tua email. 

   

Utilizza la community da mobile

Con l'app mobile, puoi partecipare alle discussioni della community, ricevere notifiche e rimanere connesso in movimento. Puoi scaricare l'app per il tuo sistema direttamente tramite i pulsanti qui sotto:

Avvertimento

Per prima cosa devi registrarti sul web, dopodiché potrai utilizzare l'app mobile.

Per iniziare a utilizzare la community sul tuo dispositivo mobile, segui questi passaggi:

1. Install the app, then enter your email address for TaxDome.

2. Fare clic su Continua .

3. Enter the verification code sent to your email. You will be logged in to your community profile.

Contatore della comunità nel tuo portale

Vedrai un contatore delle notifiche proprio in cima al tuo TaxDome portale. Questo rispecchia l'attività della tua Community, rendendo più facile tenere traccia delle interazioni, così non perderai mai quando qualcuno risponde ai tuoi post o commenti.

Clicking the Community button opens a dropdown menu with your 10 most recent unread notifications, shown in chronological order (newest first). The notification counter resets when the menu is opened.

Click any notification to go directly to the related Community post—it will be marked as read automatically.

If there are more than 10 unread notifications, you’ll see a Navigate to see more… option at the bottom. Click it to open the full Community homepage.

Impostazioni predefinite

New post notifications are off by default at the space level. The Announcements space is the only exception, we keep this on by default so you’re always aware of key updates.

To enable or disable new post notifications for any space:

1. Go to the space.

2. Click on the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner (below your profile picture).

3. Toggle notifications on or off based on your preferences.

To customize your notifications at a more detailed level:

1. Click on your profile picture.

2. Go to Notifications.

3. Select the types of notifications you want to receive and how you’d like to receive them.

La sezione In-app controlla il contatore delle notifiche che ora vedi sul tuo portale.

Visualizzazione predefinita e best practice

By default, your notifications are set as shown above. As a best practice, we recommend keeping Comments on my posts, Replies to my comments, and Mentions turned on for In-app. This ensures you stay in the loop with important Community activity.

For email notifications, it’s entirely up to you—choose what works best for your workflow.

Consigliamo di inviare l'email riassuntiva settimanale il giovedì per rimanere sempre aggiornati con un breve riepilogo di ciò che accade nella Community.
