1. Come funziona TaxDome lavoro sui prezzi?

For all countries except for USA and Canada, TaxDome has one simple pricing plan . It includes all TaxDome features, free support, training sessions & more.

The service is charged per user at the firm. One user = one subscription. The primary user (the first) must be on an annual subscription . Additional users at the firm can have either an annual or monthly subscription plan. The cost of a subscription varies according to the country where the practitioner or firm is based:

2. Come verranno calcolati i prezzi per i nuovi utenti della mia azienda una volta che li aggiungerò in un secondo momento?

All annual subscriptions are set on the same billing cycle. If an additional team member is added at your firm, their subscription price is prorated according to the primary subscription’s expiration date.

For example, if the primary subscription expires on January 1, and an additional annual user is added on February 1, you are charged for 11 months of service—all annual subscriptions renew on the original purchase date, in this case, January 1. For seasonal staff, you can rely on monthly subscriptions, which are set to automatically renew (unless canceled) 1 month from the date of purchase.

3. Posso acquistare licenze con durata diversa per i miei dipendenti?

You can choose different license durations for each team member.

• If the firm owner is on a 3-year plan, you can add team licenses for 3 years, 2 years, 1 year, or monthly.

• If the firm owner is on a 2-year plan, you can add licenses for 2 years, 1 year, or monthly.

• If the firm owner is on a 1-year plan, you can add licenses for 1 year or on a monthly basis.

Il tuo team può avere cicli di durata diversi da quelli del proprietario dell'azienda, ma non può avere una licenza che scade dopo quella del proprietario dell'azienda.

Nota

Quando scegli un contratto biennale o triennale abbonamento piano, ti verrà richiesto di pagare l'intero abbonamento periodo di anticipo.

4. Can clients access the portal after the primary subscription expires?

Affinché i clienti possano accedere al portale, almeno uno abbonamento – in questo caso il primario abbonamento - deve essere pagato.

5. Perché ne richiedi almeno uno annuale abbonamento ?

Perché il portale viene utilizzato per archiviare in modo sicuro documenti sensibili sia per la tua azienda che per i tuoi clienti. Il nostro obiettivo è fornire a tutti un servizio affidabile e con cadenza annuale abbonamento (ovvero una licenza) lo garantisce.

6. Can I buy a 1-year subscription, then upgrade to a multi-year plan and still get the discounted price?

If your license renews for 1 year, and you need to upgrade it to 2-year or 3-year plan, you can do this within 30 days of your renewal. Find out more about how to upgrade your subscription .

7. Le licenze pluriennali possono essere trasferite da un dipendente all'altro?

Yes, you can deactivate a user and reassign the 1-year or multi-year license to another teammate. See more about subscription transfer .

8. Ci sono limitazioni sul numero di utenti, sull'utilizzo delle funzionalità o sulla capacità di archiviazione? TaxDome hanno fasce di prezzo?

We like to keep things simple, which is why we offer one straightforward pricing plan. This plan offers all of TaxDome’s features, including sophisticated practice-management tools, a PDF editor, invoicing, integrations with other services, and more. The firm does not have to set a limit to how many team members use TaxDome, and every subscription comes with the full use of all of its features.

9. Posso sospendere il mio TaxDome abbonamento ?

A TaxDome subscription cannot be suspended and resumed at a later date. If you have seasonal team members, you might want to consider purchasing monthly subscriptions for them rather than annual ones. They will not be charged again after deactivating the team member.

10. Does the pricing vary depending on how big or small my firm is? Is pricing negotiable? Does TaxDome offer discounts?

Secondo la nostra politica aziendale, non negoziamo sui prezzi. Non pensiamo che chi è bravo a negoziare debba pagare meno di chi non lo è. E non vediamo alcun motivo per cui una grande azienda debba pagare meno di una piccola.

11. È TaxDome mai in vendita?

12. Can I get a discount for recommending my friends?

13. When I bought my TaxDome license, the price was different. Does the new pricing affect existing users?

All existing firms created before Jan 1, 2025, are not affected by updated pricing until October 1, 2025. All active firms had a chance to upgrade to a multiyear plan and/or add licenses with prior pricing before that date.

Starting from October 1st, 2025 all charges will go under new pricing, however, the active licenses won’t be affected.
